The cover is machine washable at 30°C
Do not tumble dry
The inner cushion can exceptionally be washed at 30°C. Wrap it in a wash bag to protect it. Let it air dry.
The doomoo Softy can be recharged and thus extend its life.
After some time of use, it is possible, and absolutely normal, for the microbeads inside the doomoo Softy to begin to flatten. For this reason, refills of 12 liters of polystyrene microbeads are available to order from your retailer or on our aftercare site. Charging the doomoo SOFTY is easy by unzipping the inner cover (see video).
The doomoo Softy is packed in a plastic bag directly after manufacture. For this reason, it is possible that when the bag is opened, an odor emanating from the various materials used is released. By placing the doomoo softy in a well-ventilated room, any smell will quickly disappear.
